The Fan Conduct Class is an online training program hosted and developed by the AJ Novick Group, Inc. that teaches fans about appropriate behavior and conduct at sporting events or other public gatherings. The purpose of the class is to educate fans on how to behave in a respectful, safe, and sportsmanlike manner, and to prevent incidents such as violence, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
The Fan Conduct Class is currently utilized by the National Football League (NFL), United Soccer League (USL), major college and universities and stadiums throughout the United States.

- Zero tolerance for violence, harassment, or hate speech
- Proper use of electronic devices and social media during the event
- Procedures for reporting inappropriate behavior or emergencies
- Consequences of violating the fan code of conduct, such as ejection from the event or legal penalties.
