We offer live and online classes. Live classes are generally defined as classes taken in person or by live video conferencing. They are interactive and the student will be directly interacting with other students or the instructor each class session. Online classes are generally defined as classes taken on a computer, tablet or smartphone. The online classes we provide also meet the criteria for being interactive. Students will be required to respond to reinforcing questions throughout the program(s) online. they also can contact the instructor while taking the class. Online programs offer greater flexibility because they can be taken on ones own time, and from any location. Access is instant upon registration. Live classes require the student to start the class at a particular time each session on a specific day. Both formats provide proof of enrollment and progress reports as well as a certificate of completion.

Most of our online classes are taken for court or legal requirements; however, many programs are simply taken for person growth. Court acceptance can vary from state to state, even from county to county. In general, most U.S. states allow online programs for certain requirements, but not every requirement. We recommend that prospective students get prior approval to take our classes online first before enrolling to ensure this format will meet ones particular situation and circumstances. If you are competing one of our online classes, you can download the certificate of completion instantly after you finish the class. You do not have to wait for it to be mailed to you. You simply log into the "members area" and you will see a link that says "download certificate of completion". Simply click on that and you can download it as a PDF file or print it. If you are attending a live class, you will receive your certificate of completion after your final class.

Dr. Ari Novick is a CA licensed psychotherapist. While our customers take our online class for a variety of reasons, these classes are not "therapy" or mental health classes nor should they be taken to substitute medical advice. These are educational classes only. Some state require that classes be provided by a licensed or certified provider. Please contact our office to ensure that our credentialing will meet your specific needs and we can answer your questions. As previously mentioned, we recommend all prospective students get prior approval to take our class online before enrolling to ensure it will meet your specific needs.

For Online Classes Only We stand behind all of our products and programs. While many participants take online classes for personal or occupational reasons, others may take them for a court, probation or other legal requirement. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and acceptance of our programs for a court or legal requirement, we will refund your money in full with written proof of decline. Refund requests must be received within 60 days of purchase. You must either mail, fax or email this documentation to our office. Our classes meet requirements in many states for persons required to complete due to a citation, probation or a court order; however, not all state courts will accept an online class. It is your responsibility to confirm with the judge, DMV, probation, or your attorney as to whether our distance-learning program will meet your requirements. This guarantee is not applicable to an assessment/evaluation purchase.

For In Person Classes We are confident in the quality of our group classes. If for any reason you participate in your first group class session and are dissatisfied with it, please let us know and we will promptly refund your enrollment, class and materials fees in full. We do not provided refunds after the first class has been completed.

The AJ Novick Group has been providing quality programming since 2003. We are one of the oldest and well known online education programs in our space. Our programs are currently utilized by the National Football League (NFL), Major League Soccer (MLS) and the United States Marine Corps (U.S.M.C.). We also have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Unlike most online companies, we also have a brick and mortar presence, offering in person programs in southern California. Dr. Novick is sought out for his expertise in a variety of areas, particularly for disruptive behavior for physicians and executives. His agency also provides weekly classes for parenting and anger management as well as a variety of psychological services.

For in person classes, you can either call our office at 949-715-2694 or register online through our payment tab here. You can also just show up a few minutes before a scheduled class to get enrolled. Yes, we provide proof of enrollment for all of our programs. For our online classes, students can download the proof of enrollment instantly after registration from the "Members area"

No. We do not share information with anyone without your permission. Our database is not a shared database nor is accessible to anyone. We host our own private server and database.

We offer all of our online classes in both Spanish and English. We find that trying to use programs like Google Translate does not work well for students who need to read the program in Spanish, so we have had our programs professionally translated for Spanish speakers.

Yes. Our online programs are ideal for those who are hearing impaired. You do not need to listen to any audio files to utilize our online classes.

Yes, we are approved by CAADE to provide drug and alcohol education programs for continuing education. Our provider number is CP20 985 H 0522

We have a "No-fail" format, which means you can re-take any test as many times as you wish until you pass. We also offer free support if you need it. We do not charge any extra fees for taking the final exam or for issuing your certificate of completion.

No. Unlike many online program providers, we have no extra or hidden fees. Often providers lure in students at low prices but then up charge them to issue a certificate of completion. We provide one flat fee for each class we offer and there will be no additional fees to pay after you register.

Yes, we currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal to purchase an online class or in person program. You can also use a pre-paid debit card or credit card.

We can issue a progress report for both in person and online classes. Simply let us know when you need the progress report 2 business days in advance. You can use our Contact Us form to let us know.
